Director of Operations Full Time

Breeden Fresh Farms is looking for a director of operations for our hydroponic greenhouse. We commercially grow (primarily) lettuce in a 20,000 sq ft greenhouse. This position includes being the head grower, operations manager of team members, and grower compliance. Hydroponic experience preferred. Looking for someone with excellent communication and management skills.
