Indoor Hydroponic Grower Full Time

AGreen Farms is an indoor vertical hydroponic farm seeking a passionate, and responsible team members to join our company. We employ the latest technology enabled farming techniques to optimize for the highest quality of product using 95% less water and a fraction of the land of a traditional farm. We specialize in growing micro greens, specialty herbs and edible flowers.

Examples of the Day-to-day Activities/ Essential Functions

• Prepare spaces for planting
• Seed trays for germination and growth
• Harvest trays and pack product
• Other general work around the farm & processing areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• General knowledge of maintenance, handiwork, gardening or growing
• Comfortable with physical labor and interested in hands-on training in hydroponic farming
• Ability to bend and kneel repeatedly during harvesting and seeding activities
• Ability to lift and haul up to 50lbs
• Must pass a background check
