Overview: GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports to: CSR Manager
Salary: $40,500/year
Purpose of Position: Assisting Commercial Account Managers in the coordination of communicating to customers details on the logistics of their orders such as; lead times, back order details, ETAs and tracking information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports Commercial Account Managers (CAMs)
Constant communication with the customer regarding their orders
Track Commercial orders that have been purchased
Streamline vendor information concerning; ETA, Tracking Shipments, backorders, Commercial returns (“RMAs”) related to shipping (damage in transit, product failure, return to stock, short ships)
DDI Software: Enter Tracking Information on Sales Order, Receiving Inventory for Drop-Shipments, Processing Payment for Orders, Send invoices and receipts to customer
Reports: Commercial Open Order Reports, Shipping Error Reports,
Quoting Assistance for CAMs
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations
Send promotional GrowGeneration emails to Commercial Customers
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing tasks given for the greater good
Requirements:
Moderate level of experience using MS Excel
Work experience using MS office tools (Outlook, Word, Share Point, Skype)
Work experience using QuickBooks POS
