Currently we are looking for experienced national sales/sales manager nationwide and Canada. The ideal candidate would be committed and willing to take responsibility as an valuable addendum to our team. We look forward to working with you in the near future.
The chosen candidate will help develop our brand presence, our client network, and our sales in the US. We specialize in customized LED, HPS, and CMH lighting fixtures that can be customized and branded for our clients, along with all accessories required for growing in hydroponics or traditional soil. The chosen candidate will focus primarily on developing relationships with vendors, independent third-party contractors, and growers. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, have a clear sense of organization and strategy, and will be confident in developing their career into a director position.
-Increase top line sales through strategic selling.
-Develop and establish relationships with large horticulture operators in the US and Canada.
-Maintain existing relationships with our current customers.
-Target and drive revenue with top grower and 3rd party distributors.
-Coordinate and collaborate with customer service, marketing, and R&D to develop new products and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Help develop KPIs and sales targets, meet sales targets, and execute annual business revenue growth plans and growth initiatives.
-Travel for trade shows and for sales will be necessary.
-Maintain communications with head office and C-level management.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
-About 3—5 years of experience in lighting, horticulture, or hydroponics sales, preferably with experience in large-scale commercial hydroponics or horticulture companies.
-Nationwide Travelling will be required
-Existing network of relationships in business.
-Familiarity with lighting products and other related products.
-Good product knowledge of commercial grower needs.
-An understanding of commercial grower operations financial goals and KPIs.
-Profit and loss expertise and budgeting.
-Good ability to communicate, ability to give clear directions, to listen actively, to collaborate, and to encourage teammates.
-Ability to develop actionable items out of information.
-General computer literacy (MS Suite) is necessary.
