Assistant Head Grower
● Trained new hires on the growth, lighting, and water cycle of cannabis including intensive oneon-
one hands-on experience with the plants to ensure a high-quality flower and product are
achieved

Agriculture Technician
● Responsible for the daily operations of the Agricultural Operation team and care of our 50,000
square foot facility
● Managed seed, nutrient, and equipment inventory to ensure farm success
● Managed and maintained all irrigation and fertigation systems, to directly improve crop quality
excellence from 65% to 89% complaint and harvest yield from 4lbs/sq.ft to 14lbs/sq.ft
● Trained on Ozone maintenance, repairs, and operational functionality for the growing
environment
● Trained and lead on-boarding process for members of the Agriculture Operations team including
Head Grower, Growers, and Technicians
● Responsible for grow room audits, ensuring that both a digital and physical audit of the over
1,000 grow position were performed twice weekly. These audits allowed me to improve our crop
failure software and increase forecasting accuracy from 50% to 75%.
