Greetings,

My name is Geoff DeLaune.  For the past ten plus years I have mountain guided on glaciers in between New Zealand and Alaska and have recently turned to pursue my passion of horticulture.  In the transition from mountains to farm, I currently work at a vertical hydroponic container farm in Indian Valley, Alaska.  I manage two hundred and fifty plus vertical grow towers and can grow upwards of three thousand plants at any one time.  We focus on produce for a few restaurants and have recently ventured into the realm of retail.

With my varied skill set from years of guiding clients on ever changing and challenging mountain terrain while problem solving fixes on the go, to entertaining and educating , my decade plus years of guiding has given me a strong yet varied background, hard-out work ethic, and public speaking skills only a guide can learn.  I am up for the challenges presented in a new industry and ready and confident I can succeed in my new passion-driven career.
