Having the thirst for new knowledge has always been a driving factor in my life. From my university and working experiences abroad I have developed an international mindset and passion for exploring global challenges.
Throughout my current experience as Junior plant researcher at Infarm, my aim is to inspire more efficient outcomes and increase the overall quality. The past experience in the operation gave me the opportunity to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve
problems and cooperate with other employees with different backgrounds.
In my previous position I worked directly with the owner of Biologische Beratung, the respected Dr. Mattias Schöller, implementing ethical food preservation solutions. Collaborating with industry experts has been instrumental in honing disease prevention and pest remediation expertise, expanding my strategic thinking.
During my master’s thesis I worked cooperatively with the research group DEKONWA at the Leibniz-institute für Agrartechnik und Bioökonomie (ATB) focusing on crop quality assessment techniques. The cooperation project between a private company (KRONEN GmbH) and ATB gave me experience with the practical necessities of the industry while maintaining a scientific approach. Internalizing the dealings of a unique research organization in an international sphere sharpened my understanding of cooperation, shared responsibility, and overcoming unpredictable circumstances.
