Went to multiple venues to record live shows. Set up and disassembled                  professional camera equipment and operated within shoots up to four      cameras. Determined cable routing.

Helped to maintain greenhouse and flowerbeds by clearing weeds, laid drip tape to ensure adequate moisture, maintained the lawn so that it has a professional look.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (Biosciences Division), Oak Ridge, TN

Internship, Jan 2017 – Dec 2017

Responsible for any projects which needed completion. Sterilized leaves and roots for extractions. Extracted and cleaned DNA from leaves, roots, xylem, and soils. Have also run PCRs and gels to confirm presence of DNA. Also lyophilize material to boost DNA quantity numbers.

My project was “Determining Ectomycorrhizal Colonization Patterns Across Contrasting Populus Genotypes, Chemotypes and Soil Sources” as part of the project “Effects of host genetic variation in metabolite profiles on the microbiome”.
